That bandwidth is fine. What's more likely to be a problem is the ping to the NA server. You may have to play on LAN, and even that could be unplayable. For ping, anything up to isn't a problem unless you are challenger.

Its important to also have consistent ping so you can get used to the delay on skillshot. I usually have ping and I can play just fine, but do notice occasional lag and screen jumps. When I was in Puerto Rico, my ping was on my parents 10mbps. That started to get somewhat unplayable. Definitely practice CSing with shitty ping.

I live on a Caribbean island and my dl speed is around 16mbps. But the lowest ping i've ever had was around , and on average I play with ping.
